My name is Karen Angle. Growing up in a middle-class family, I watched the stressful life my parents had from the daily 9-5 grind. They lived for the weekends.

I could not see living my life this way. I had to find ways to relax and minimize the stress. This led to the creation of this website. To help you RELAX, passing on many of the things that I learned along the way.
