From the main screen select Auto to take you to your choice of 6 auto programs.
Auto Programs

Manual Programs
- Shiatsu – an ancient Japanese healing practice that uses acupressure to release tension and bring balance to the body.

Within any of the programs there are manual adjustments. The rollers adjust for 3 different widths with 6 speed adjustments. And you can turn some features on and off, like the foot rollers. And the remote comes with 2 languages, English and Chinese.
Lumbar Heating
Heat therapy, when added to a massage, has been shown to help improve healing and quiet those pesky muscle spasms. It also helps to stretch the muscles to lessen stiffness, and even reduce the need for pain medications.
In the Infinity IT 8500 EX, heating modules are located in the lumbar area of your back. These heat up gradually to enhance the massage experience and help to loosen those tight, sore muscles.
3D Body Scan Technology
Utilizing 3D Body Scan Technology, a precise body scan assesses the shape of your spine and location of the curves.
Acupoints are located with a detailed digital map of your back This mapping aligns the rollers so that you end up with a massage that is personal to your particular body type.
And should the technology miss the mark and the rollers need just a little tweaking, these roller settings can be manually fine tuned.
30” S-Track With 3D/4D Technology
The Infinity IT 8500 X3 features 3D/4D technology. The massage mechanism moves in 3 dimensions – up and down, left and right, and in and out, which gives the massage its intensity. You are able to adjust this with 6 levels of intensity.
A fourth dimension, if you will, adds variable speed, resulting in a deep tissue massage that mimics the feel of human hands massaging your neck, back, and shoulders.
Extended arms on the massage rollers allow them to move farther away from the S-track than they otherwise would, resulting in a deeper, more penetrating massage in the neck region.
Superior Stretch Programs
The Infinity IT 8500 X3 is known for its very popular and effective extension program. With a near-flat reclining S-track, it provides an outstanding stretch massage. Shoulder airbags inflate and apply pressure making sure the back stays firmly against the chair. The airbags in the ottoman also inflate to hold the feet firmly in place.
The chair then reclines nearly flat, and a slight inversion provides gentle traction for the lower part of the back.
Combined with the up and down motion of the ottoman, it allows for decompression of the spine and improved spinal alignment.
Zero Gravity Position
One of the best positions to have a massage in is the zero gravity position. The stress and tension put on the spine while in this position is minimized it and helps to increase the efficiency of the massage.

Some reviews may mention that the chair has an inversion position as well. In the extension program the chair will recline up to 178 degrees (almost parallel to the floor) to give a slight inversion position, but there is no inversion setting that you can control.

Seat Airbag Massage and Sway

If you are looking for a budget friendly, feature-rich and very therapeutic massage chair to help relieve stress and improve blood circulation, then the Infinity IT 8500 X3 is a good choice.
The lack of a space saving feature will be a deciding factor if you are tight on space, but this does not apply to you, some of the other features like the stretch program and seat sway feature still make this a very nice chair.
With these features that you may not find even on some of the higher end chairs, the Infinity IT 8500 X3 is an excellent value for the money.
